The Naked Spur (1953)

A cruel and greedy manhunt depicted as some sort of obsessed male competition. Each despicable character reveals himself as a tormented caricature in his own way, while women and – especially – indians sadly serve as not much more than story devices.

The intricate moral dilemmas keep things tense throughout. In my book of naked existentialism.
