Network (1976)

Everyone in the television eco-system – bosses, employees, content providers, viewers – gets their fair share of criticism in this scathing satire. Ironically enough, the movie itself is just as cynical and entertaining as the medium it so cleverly and bitterly exposes.

Dark, smart, funny. In my book.
