backtrack; JFK (1991)

JFK

A complex, compelling, controversial, and highly conspiratory political thriller. Unfortunately, director Oliver Stone’s commitment to facts seems flimsy enough to equal fellow leftie moviemaker Michael Moore’s.

Very dubious history lesson, very potent filmmaking. In my book of exhausting three-hour extravaganzas.
