Zusje (1995)

»But you are the boss, little sister. Aren’t you?«

Love, shame, guilt, jealousy, truth. Things get increasingly uncomfortable as the tainted history of two siblings is revealed in documentary style, with exceedingly intrusive subjective camera.

A weird male fantasy of lies, isolation, and regress, »liberated« in a filthily seventies-looking way. Ultimately too much of a creepy construction – but it still might qualify for my book of self-deceiving and power games.
