Café Society (2016)

– Dreams are dreams.

Yet another one of Woody Allen’s – almost innumerable – charming bagatelles. His patented sly jokes and jewish bickering are a little lacklustre this time, but the permeating melancholy slowly seeps into you.

Impressive sets, likable characters – and nice dialogue, of course. Too bland for my book of complicated choices in life, however.
