Mucho macho – everyone is a former military and/or prison inmate, the abundance of weapons, fast cars, tattoos, muscles etc is enough to make you laugh if it wasn’t so tiresome (or repulsive). But when one of the parodically tough guys breaks down and cries, it actually comes across in contrast to all the attitude and testosterone.
The bad guys are bad, the good guys equally so, and a poor half-bad driver gets stuck in an unpleasant between – how will »Fuckin’ Fräulein« cope? Not in my book of male posturing or twist endings.
